为研究大型动力电池与模组放热性能而研制的大体积量热仪


BPC的设计是为了量化电池在充放电工作条件下的热量变化。

BPC不适用于可能导致电池分解的稳定性、安全性和滥用研究。BPC的最高温度为200℃,但低温可至-30℃。通过与冷冻循环仪联用可实验低温检测。

BPC内置了热防护循环连接器,以最大限度地减少循环过程中的热损失。量热计的深度为50厘米,但其横截面为椭圆形(50-65厘米),最大限度地提高了大电池的有效容量。

在0.005C/min的放热检测灵敏度下,BPC具有稳定的检测能力。结合THT表面(多点)热测量选项,BPC可在远低于1w/g下进行检测,非常适合获得热管理所需的信息。


BPC可使用THT的ARC软件和电子组件,能使用绝热等温或isoperibolic模式。模式的选择与所进行的研究有关。

与BPC一起使用的重要可选模块是表面(多点)选项和热容选项。BPC丰富了THT量热仪的种类。
