Appointment of New Managing Director

We are delighted to announce that Erwan Lhermitte has been appointed Managing Director of Thermal Hazard Technology with effect from 17th July.
Erwan joins us from Sphera UK, an autonomous subsidiary of a French parent company, where he spent eight successful years as MD, growing their sales, profits and technical capability. Erwan gained an engineering degree in France and an MBA from Warwick Business School.

Erwan takes over from Geoff Spink, for whom THT was his third consecutive interim MD role at Judges. Geoff took the helm at THT just over three years ago, and appropriately rounded off his very successful time there with the recent award of Judges Company of the Year 2022.
